Refund Rules
- What it is: These terms and conditions govern the refund of any remaining balance on your ZIG card used at the Festival Festeja 30.
- Remaining balance: The remaining balance refers to any unused funds from all top-ups made during the event.
- Refund conditions: To request a refund, you must have a registered and active consumption card in the Event's payment system. You may only request a refund for your own consumption cards.
- Refund request period: Refund requests can be submitted between July 22, 2026, and July 25, 2026.
- Refund processing period: You will receive a confirmation email for your refund request, and the payment will be processed within a maximum of 30 days after the end of the request period (July 25, 2026).
